Proposal Tracking and Review
Proposal
tracking and review is the 'core' of OPA. Through its facilities,
adminsitrators and reviewers manage the proposal evaluation
activities.
The
facilities allow administrators to:

View

Assign
Contractors to Proposals/Projects
Send
Notification Letters
Send
Custom Letters
Send

Summary of Reviews

CFPs and Contractors
Steps:
- Select
Proposal Tracking & Review from the menu
bar.
- Select
the
Title of the Call for Proposals from the list, and click
Search
Proposals.
- A
list of all proposals submitted to the CFP will appear. You can
limit you selection by using the search facility on the
page.
- Click
on Add a Proposal for a Proponent to add new proposal
information for a
proponent.
- Within
each proposal you can click on Assign Reviewers to add or
remove reviewers assigned to each proposal; or Summary of
Reviews / Change Status to view the review information
submitted by reviewers and modify the status assigned to the
proposal; or Edit / Delete Proposal to edit proponent
information or remove the proposal; or Assign Contractors
to add or remove contractors assigned to each proposal; or
Reviewers Timesheets Management to review and approve
timesheets submitted by reviewers; or Contractors Timesheets
Management to review and approve timesheets submitted by
contractors; or
Summary of Proposal Reviews / Change Status to view the
review information submitted by reviewers and modify the status
assigned to
the reports for
the
proposal;
- At
any point in time, you can click on
Send Notification Letters, which will automatically send
out email messages to all proponents with a status of “awarded”,
“declined”, or
“discuss”. Note: you
must first setup default letters for each status – see
Communications Center
section.
